Thanks for visiting my website!

Iām Simon Sefzik, your senator from the 42nd Legislative District. I am proud to represent you and the people of Whatcom County in the Washington State Senate, and I appreciate you taking the time to visit my website.
From the shores of Bellingham Bay, Blaine and Point Roberts, to snow-capped Mt. Baker and the Cascades, ours is a land of natural beauty. But our most important resource are the people who live and work in Whatcom County. We need to build upon our natural advantages, our clean environment and the industrial infrastructure already in place at Cherry Point to ensure a thriving economy will provide opportunities for a new generation. Our future will be written not in red or blue, but by neighbors working together to make Whatcom County a better place.
I hope you will stay in touch. I am interested in what you think. If you have a problem dealing with a state agency, or you have a comment or concern about state government, please do not hesitate to contact my office. My most important job is to serve you, the people of Whatcom County.
Sen. Simon Sefzik, 42nd Legislative District
